Shipping both ways and paypal fee will be paid by client.

All payment for international customers will be asked to pay upfront.

Disclaimer

What I do

  • BJD , DD face-up & Fantasy part painting service and minor modding
  • I DO NOT remove 'tan' resindoll old face-up. 
  • $10 cleaning BJD face-up. $20 for DD
  • I offer $5 eyelashes [Black / Brown / White] ​​Please provide your lashes for any other specific color.​
  • Customer can purchase plastic face-guard for $2

What I don't do

  • I do not accept Dollclans heads due to official artist agreement.
  • I no longer accept DDH number head. Though, from time to time, I will have custom number head for instore purchase.
  • I do not support recast dolls. All requests will be rejected and banned.
  • I do not copy other doll face-up. You can use photo of other dolls as reference however, the outcome will be in my aesthetic style.
  • I will not be responsible for discoloration during cleaning process, which happens to most tanned dolls. 
  • Please do not change your order once you submit your email. 
  • Minor fix such as brows angle fixed and adding a bit of beauty marks are ok. 
  • I have face-up progress page updated regularly for all customers. Please refrain from asking face-up process. ​​
Cancellation
This situation hardly happens because most of you are real nice. Unfortunately, I have experienced cancellation.
  • ​Artist has rights to refuse services.
  • If there is cancellation midway, customer will pay $60+ return shipment of $50 and Paypal fee  regardless of any circumstances.  
  • Customer who cancel service mid-way will be permanently banned.
  • Doll's face-up will be wiped clean before shipment. Normally for all dolls, there may be some trace of sealant residue and I do not take responsibility of this matter.
  • 3 months unclaimed doll head will be re-customized and re-sell.

  • Liquitex acrylic paint, Gouache paint and watercolor pencils
  • Golden UV protect airbrush sealant & Vallejo Acrylic Polyurethane varnish  (I no longer use MSC.)
  • Tamiya Gloss / Gloss varnishing
  • Zoukeimura paint thinner
  • Soft pastels
  • Glitter 

Method and Turnaround

Face-ups can take up to 4 months.

Modding will take longer. 
Below is how your order is process.
  1. Contact me via e-mail with your completed form. [Reference photos are welcomed. Don't hesitate to include them.]
  2. I will send you a confirmation e-mail along with my address.
  3. After receive your parcel, I will send you another confirmation and start working on the head as scheduled.
  4. There will be another e-mail with WIP photo within a month. Please allow me at least 30 days as I give priority to customer who confirm the WIP. I will come back to your slot as soon as possible.
  5. After the confirmation, I will be working on pastel works. There will be no fixing after this stage.
  6. I will send you another finished work photo and will send your doll back to your place via EMS and will send you the tracking number.
